Timothy James Vaughn

Timothy James Vaughn, newborn son of Joshua and Cassandra Marie Loveless Vaughn of Elizabethton, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the Niswonger Children’s Hospital of the Johnson City Medical Center.Timothy was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Timothy Zane Loveless and a great-uncle, Clyde Lippard. In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include maternal grandparents, Patricia Loveless, Rebecca Loveless Lunceford and Russ Lunceford; paternal grandparents, James and Donna Vaughn; paternal great-grandparents, Jim and Connie Vaughn and Kit and Midge McQueen; maternal aunt, Autumn Surcey and husband Tim; maternal uncles, Jonathon McAllister and Nicholas Loveless; paternal aunt, Brandi Estep and husband Don; maternal great-aunt, Faye Lippard; cousins, Edgar Estep, Nicholas and Carl Loveless, Bentley and Jordan Surcey. Several other aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. The family would like to express a special thanks to his godmother, Gina Rutherford.A celebration of life service for Timothy James Vaughn will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, March 3, 2018 in the Big Springs Church of Christ with Mr. Glen Layfield, minister and Dr. Alan King officiating.
