Timothy Wayne VanDyke, 59, of Johnson City passed away unexpectedly on January 26th, 2024 at the Johnson City Medical Center. He was born in Carter County to the late Pete VanDyke and Nanette Bowman VanDyke. He was a lifelong member of First Christian Church of Elizabethton and he loved the Lord. Timothy loved his family. He had worked as a carpenter. He enjoyed life, especially fishing, cooking, camping, and watching movies. Those left to cherish his memory are his Fiance, the love of his life, Sandra White; two daughters, Amber Dawn Meredith and Rachel Branch; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and three more on the way; a sister, Lisa Lacey (Darrell); a brother, Danny VanDyke; his lifelong best friend, Mike Williams; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members will miss him There are no formal services scheduled at this time Online condolences may be shared with the family and viewed on our website at www.hathawaypercy.com.
