Teresa "T. J." Jones

Ms. Teresa “T. J.” Jones, age 53, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013 in Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A native of Greene County, TN she was the daughter of the late Worley and Bertha Webb Jones. “T. J.” was a respiratory therapist at the V. A. Medical Center Hospital. She was a member of Range Community Christian Church. Survivors include four sisters, Burnis Munsey and husband David; Jean Munsey and husband Jack; Barbara Collins and husband Joe and Georganna Tweed and husband Wayne, all of Greeneville, TN; several nieces and nephews, Steven Munsey, Sharon Cook, Angela Johnson and Jeremy Collins; great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily Cook, Logan Cook, Morgan Munsey and Mitchell Munsey; an aunt, Mary Taylor of California and a special person in her life, Ryan Perkins. A host of many, many friends and her Pomeranian and Labrador dog companions, Rave and Sasha also survive. Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Teresa “T. J.” Jones will be conducted at 8:00 P.M. Friday, May 31, 2013 in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services with Mr. Randy Overdorf, minister officiating. Special music will be provided by Tonya Milam. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. on Friday prior to the service.
