Sybil Stivers, age 63, of Roan Mountain, TN passed away Sunday, July 04, 2021 at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. She was born in Detroit, Michigan to the late Richard James Burgwin and Jeri Geraldine Rich Burgwin. Sybil was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed animals and being outdoors. She was a very caring person who loved life.Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jim Stivers, of the home; two sisters, Ann Lewis, of Canada and Allison Burgwin and several nieces and nephews also survive.The services for Sybil Stivers are incomplete at this time.Online condolences may be shared with the family and viewed on our website at www.hathawaypercy.com. Very sad to hear about the passing of my Sister-In-Law, Sybil. She was a very sweet person. She gave me a really cool doll many years ago, which I still cherish. Sybil made my brother Jimmy very happy. He will dearly miss her. I am sending my Love to him, for words are pointless right now.
