Stanley Evan Woodby, age 45, of Hampton, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Stanley was born in Carter County to James and Rose McClellan Tolley.Stanley had worked as a machinist and was a very loved and outgoing person.Survivors include three sons, Chase Woodby and Seth Woodby both of Elizabethton and another son, Brent Blair of Kingsport; two sisters, Reva Woodby and Becky Goodyear both of Elizabethton; two brothers, James M. Tolley of Hampton and Billy Woodby of Roan Mountain; two grandchildren Asher Woodby and Piper Woodby; his significant other, Casey Marshall of Hampton; his step children, Hayden Walls, Jayden Walls and Leah Walls; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends also survive.No formal services are currently scheduled.Online condolences may be shared with the family on our website, www.hathawaypercyfuneralhome.com.
