I am truly sorry for your loss.  Mr. Riddle was a wonderful person. At the Elizabethton High School graduation ceremony in 2001 they awarded diplomas to the Veterans from Carter County that were unable to graduate due to their service in WW II. I remember Mr. Riddle in his cap and gown as he proudly recieved his diploma. He recieved a long deserved standing ovation from the crowd. It was a proud day for him, his family and for our country. He was truly a great American. They don't make them like that anymore.##imported-begin##Jan Malone##imported-end##
