Ron L. Kiser, age 71, of Watauga, TN passed away Sunday, October 17, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Elizabethton to the late Ernest Kiser and Audrey Williams Kiser. Ron was a truck driver for 35 years. He retired from Perma R Products.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Kiser; two brothers, Russell L. Kiser and Rick L. Kiser and grandson, Christopher Kiser. Those left to cherish his memory include his two daughters, Paula Bevins and husband Chris, of Greeneville, TN and Audrey Watson and husband Justin, of Watauga; two sons, Ronnie Kiser, Jr., and Rory L. Kiser; brother, Roger Kiser; seven grandchildren, Three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.A service to celebrate the life of Ron L. Kiser will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 23, 2021 in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home with Reverend Travis Constable officiating.The family would like to give a special thanks to D. Rory Lane Kiser . Ron has a grandson by Audrey , Christopher Wade Osborne -Kiser.

Watauga . Audrey and her husband Justin
also reside at the Kiser family home in Watauga , TN.
Ron has one living brother Roger L. Kiser also of Watauga .
Ron L. Kiser ,Sr. was a graduate of Happy Valley High School. Ron has worked at different occupations. He delivered news papers , he worked at Pleasents
Produce Market, at Bemburg in the Spinning and Dye departmentat (Bounet) Bemburg .
Ron, Sr. worked at SB White & Company as a pipe fitter, he work with heavy equipment . Ron Kiser ,Sr.,went to The Charlotte Truck Driver Training School of North Carolina, in 1979 to get his Profional Truck Driver Certification .He work for Clark Construction.
After leaving Clark Construction He began working for Colonial Homes moving Mobile
Homes .Around 1989 Ron started working for Alan Le Claire of Perma "R " Products .
After some time off work, due to inflammation in his leg's . The Doctor's told him he wouldn't be able to work again . After he recopperated from the inflammation , cellulitis , he went back to work for Perma "R " Products. He had a heart attack at work . Then had open heart Surgery and had a vain taken out of his right leg to replace one in his heart . After recovering from what is called a "CABBAGE" Heart surgery .
Ron L. Kiser , Sr. went back to work for Perma "R" Products . in which he drew his last check March 19,2019 .
Mr. Ron L. Kiser, Sr. was relient a very hard worker at what ever job he had to do . He was very trustworthy , patient and kind-hearted to many people . He and his family took meals to some of the work crew from Carter County Jail . So that they would have something warm before they got back to the Jail . That is the RONNIE LEE Kiser , Sr. that our two children and I do know and we Love so very Much . Ron Sr. was a very good son , grandson , father,husband and person to everyone he would meet . Thank you Ron L. Kiser , Sr. for being yourself.!! Ron has neices , nephew's and grand children especially Steven N. Williams who we had custody of. Ron Sr. also has many cousins who love him and think a lot of him .
We love you always and you will never be forgotten .!!!
