Robert Orville Phillips, III infant son of Robert and Misty Phillips, Jr. 2803 Browns Mill Road, Johnson City died Thursday, June 25, 2009 in the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital. He was born May 24, 2009 in Johnson City, TN. He was preceded in death by a sister, Keyona Phillips. Survivors in addition to his parents include a sister, Kassidy Haven Marie Phillips, of the home; maternal grandparents, Gary and Marlene Wishon and paternal grandparents, Orville and Donna Phillips, all of Johnson City. Several cousins also survive. Memorial service for Robert Orville Phillips, III will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 29, 2009 in Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Potter officiating. Private disposition will be held at a later date.Read Obituary
