Raymond (Chuck) Pierce

Raymond (Chuck) Pierce, age 61, of Johnson City, TN went home to be with the Lord after an extended illness on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. He was born in Elyria, OH to the late Carl Edward Pierce and JoAnn Edwards Pierce. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant brother, Michael Edward Pierce. Chuck loved his family, friends and also his dog “Sissy”. He attended Milligan Freewill Baptist Church. Those left to cherish his memory are his three siblings, Debbie Pierce Hamm (Terry), of Johnson City, Ronnie Pierce and Teresa Pierce Cole (George), all of Elizabethton and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Chuck will be missed greatly by his family and friends. A private service will be announced at a later date. The family asks in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Milligan Freewill Baptist Church, 1471 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, TN 37601. The family wants to give special recognition to Pastor Mark Street and wife Kathy for all their love and support. They also want to thank all his caregivers throughout his extended illness.
