Randy Lawrence Lewis

Mr. Randy Lawrence Lewis, 62, North Vernon, Indiana formerly of Elizabethton went to be with the Lord Monday, February 22, 2010 at his residence following a brief illness. A native of Carter County, he was the son of the late Paul Edward Lewis Sr. and Beulah Lucille Lewis. He retired from Woodridge Hospital with over twenty years of service. Mr. Lewis was a member of Union Baptist Church, Hampton. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served in Germany.            Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Victoria and Kenny Maschino, North Vernon, IN; a son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Kimberley Lewis, Elizabethton, his grandchildren, Dustin and Jeremy Curtis; Trevor and Makenna Maschino; one great-grandson, Aiden Curtis; sisters, Nadine Million and Rose Smith and husband Ted; brothers, Paul Lewis and wife Janie, John Lewis and wife Peggy, James Lewis and wife Susan, Shelton Lewis and wife Janie, Pat Lewis and wife Linda and Wayne Lewis; special cousins, Larry and Deana Shoun and Bill and Yvonne Shoun. Several nieces and nephews also survive.            Funeral service for Mr. Randy Lawrence Lewis will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 27, 2010 in Pleasant Beach Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Stout and Rev. Charles Biggs officiating. Music will be under the direction of Mr. Greg Ruston. The family will receive friends at Pleasant Beach Baptist Church from Noon until 2:00 P.M. prior to the funeral service or at the residence of his son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Kimberley Lewis at other times.            Graveside service and interment will follow the funeral service in the Lewis Family Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Eddie Lewis, Michael Lewis, Shane Lewis, Jeff Million, Terry Lewis, Craig Smith, Bryan Smith, Larry Dean Kennedy, Brian Kennedy and Jackie Cable.             Memorials in lieu of flowers to those who desire may be made the Pleasant Beach Baptist Church, Building Fund, 108 Pleasant Beach Road, Elizabethton, TN 37643.Read Obituary
