Phyllis Anne Lloyd

Mrs. Phyllis Anne Lloyd, age 72, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Sunday, February 21, 2016 in the Johnson City Medical Center following an extended illness. A native of Pike County, KY she was the daughter of the late George and Mahala Francis Clevenger. Mrs. Lloyd loved to spend time with her granddaughters, her sisters and her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister. Those left to cherish her memory include a daughter, Doris Nelson, Elizabethton; a son, Mike Nelson, Tampa, FL; two granddaughters, Brittanie Nelson and Sierra Nelson, both of Tampa, FL and two sisters, Hazel Linck, Ohio and Loraine Maynard, West Virginia. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A memorial service will be planned for a later date. Those who prefer memorials may make donations to Amedisys Hospice, 1500 West Elk Avenue #202, Elizabethton, TN 37643.
