Larry Dean "Cowboy" Willis

Mr. Larry Dean “Cowboy” Willis, age 65, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Monday, April 13, 2015 in the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital. A native of Carter County, he was the son of the late Charlie and Senia Caroline Tolley Willis. Mr. Willis retired from the Tennessee Undergarment. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Venia Willis; two brothers, Clifford Tolley and Eugene Jones and by a friend, Ruby Gregg. Survivors include two sons, Larry Michael Willis and Corey Dean Willis; two sisters, Selma Carrico and husband Dennis, Johnson City and Ruth Gragg, Hampton and two brothers, Arnold Willis and Odell Willis, both of Hampton. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside service for Mr. Larry Dean “Cowboy” Willis will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, April 18, 2015 in the Willis Cemetery, Simerly Creek with Rev. Ronnie Campbell officiating. Everyone will meet at the cemetery at 1:50 P.M. on Saturday for the service.Read Obituary
