Joyce Sherrill

Joyce Sherrill, age 90, of Johnson City, TN passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Bessemer, AL she was the daughter of the late William Hubert and Flora Dell Russell Kilgore. Mrs. Sherrill was a loving mother and doting grandmother.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Fenton Sherrill Sr. and a son, James Fenton Sherrill Jr. Those left to cherish her memory include a son, William Lynn Sherrill, Elizabethton, TN; a daughter, LuAnn Presson and husband Doug, Blountville, TN; three grandchildren, James Fenton Sherrill III “Jamie”, Birmingham, AL, Banks Reid Presson III, Blountville, TN and Cole Reagan Presson, Blountville, TN and a brother, Russell Kilgore, Birmingham, AL.A memorial service to honor the life of Joyce Sherrill will be announced by the family at a later date.Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to the Memorial and Honor Program, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.Read Obituary
