Jonathan "Tater Bug" "Tattoo" Goodwin

Jonathan “Tater Bug” “Tattoo” Goodwin, age 43, of Johnson City, TN passed away Monday, September 19, 2022. He is the son of Donna Goodwin and the late Howard Eugene Goodwin. Jonathan was very outgoing, loving and a people person. He enjoyed collecting knives and watches in his spare time. He was of the Christian faith. Jonathan will be missed and loved dearly by many friends and family. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Elizabeth Cook and great-uncle, Maynard Goodwin. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Tammy Renee Williams Goodwin; two sons, Isaac Goodwin and Dominic Goodwin; daughter, Desray Goodwin; two grandsons, Takoda Chavez and Tanner Goodwin; mother, Donna Goodwin; sister, Connie Collins; brother, Matthew Bennett and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles also survive. The family will receive friends between the hours of 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Friday, September 23, 2022 in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral Home.
