Jennings Lee Wagner

Mr. Jennings Lee Wagner, age 86, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Monday, October 14, 2019 in Sycamore Shoals Hospital. He was born in Bluff City, TN and was the son of the late Coscar Jennings Wagner and Elsie Webb Wagner. Jennings operated Wagner Insurance Agency for over fifty years. He was active in his community having served as a former President of the Elizabethton/Carter County Chamber of Commerce and as a former President as well as former Treasurer of the Rotary Club. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Elizabethton and was a U.S. Air Force veteran.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Wagner. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Wylma Wagner, of the home; two daughters, Leslee Haley and husband Randy, Lebanon, TN and Jennifer Lipford Isaacs and husband Brian, Elizabethton and two grandchildren, Jacob Lipford and Laci Lipford, both of Elizabethton.Private disposition for Mr. Jennings Lee Wagner will be held at a later date.Those who prefer memorials may make donations to the American Cancer Society, 871 N.
