Jeffrey "Bo" Lewis

Jeffrey G. “Bo” Lewis, age 40, of Elizabethton, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2012 in the Bristol Regional Medical Center. A native of Carter County, he was the son of the late Melvin Grant “Red” Lewis and Betty Jean Peters Lewis. Bo loved working on cars and had worked as an auto mechanic at L&P Motors. He is survived by his son, Daniel Lewis, Watauga; a sister, Sharon Tyree and her husband, Dean, Jonesborough; an aunt, Annetta Hall, Elizabethton; three uncles, Ted Lewis, Hubert Lewis, and Gary Lewis, all of Elizabethton; and special friends, Bill Blewitt, Johnson City, and Abraham Johnson, Elizabethton. Several cousins also survive. A graveside service and inurnment for Bo Lewis will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. Thursday, April 12, 2012 in the Happy Valley Memorial Park with Rev. Dean Presnell officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. at Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services prior to the service.
