Gene Fox was one of the kindest, gentlest men I ever knew. He was my grandmother, Ona Johnson's, neighbor, helper in the time of need and all around good friend, another son, as well as a neighbor of mine for several years. I know Gene has finally found peace with GOD and he can rest now in the arms of his loving, heavenly father as the rest of us wait to join him in that land of no goodbyes. I can only imagine the wonderful reunion he is having with his family members, my grandparents, my uncles and my wonderful Mom and by brother Dale in that land of no sorrow and pain. Nancine and family, you can all be proud to have called him husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. May GOD bless each of you in the days ahead. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Gene was like a father to me from the time I turned 16. He was the most loving, down to earth friend that you could ever meet. Gene always touched people by his kindness and willfullness to help anyone in need. His love was shown to his family daily and he always tried to live his life as God would want him to. He left behind a wonderful wife, two daughters ,a son and several grandchildren who meant the world to him! May God bless and comfort them durng this time and may the days ahead be filled with the happy memories that they all shared together! Gene has risen to be with the Lord, but he will forever remain in our hearts! I love you all!##imported-begin##Cindy Chandler##imported-end##
