Freddie Dean Guinn

Mr. Freddie Dean Guinn, age 56, 185 Jackson Avenue, Elizabethton, TN passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Carter County, he was the son of Arlene Blevins Guinn, Elizabethton and the late James Jessee Guinn. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Devin William Guinn. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Nancy Wagner Guinn, of the home; two sons, Jesse Guinn, of the home and James Guinn, Elizabethton; a sister, Janice Forrester, Hampton and three grandchildren, Tyler Guinn, Caitlin Guinn and Jesse Guinn Jr., all of the home. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service for Mr. Freddie Dean Guinn will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, June 6, 2013 in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Thursday prior to the funeral service or at the residence at other times. Interment will follow the funeral service in Blevins Cemetery, Tiger Creek Community. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.Read Obituary
