Evelyn Gibson Culler

Evelyn Gibson Culler, age 79, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Ivy Hall Nursing Home following an extended illness. A native of Lepanto, Arkansas she was the daughter of the late Frank and Sarah Davis Gibson. She was a homemaker and was of the Freewill Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Culler; three daughters, Rita Russell, Denise Mason and Cindy Connell; three grandchildren, Leon Russell, Melissa Russell and Jessica Russell and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include three daughters, Carolyn Cutler, Pensacola, FL; Linda Shackelford and Katherine White, both of Elizabethton, TN; a son, Jerry Culler, Hampton, TN and twelve grandchildren, Christine Shiver, Rebecca Roberts, Deborah Reynolds, Stephanie Worthington, Julie Combs, Shawn Spates, Scott Dugger, Bobby Dugger, Andy Dugger, Sarah Mason, Christopher Mason and Christopher Connell and her twin sister, Melvalena Lirette, Antioch, CA. Great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Mrs. Culler requested cremation without any services.
