Barbara Sue Livingston Singleton, age 79, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Life Care Center of Gray. She was born in Elizabethton, TN to the late Erwin Livingston and Carrie Morrell Deloach. Barbara loved to travel, read her bible, work crossword puzzles and spend time with her family and friends.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Miller and daughter, Kimberly Miller. Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Dirk Singleton and wife Catherine and their two daughters, of Cleveland, TN; daughter-in-law, Kelly Miller, of Elizabethton and her grandson, Cammeron Miller; a sister, Frances McNeal and husband Joseph, of North Carolina; niece; Alicia Preston, of Cleveland, TN; a special friend, Liberty Wilhelm.Online condolences may be shared with the family and viewed on our website at www.hathawaypercy.com.
