Barbara "Bobbie" Carr

Barbara “Bobbie” Carr, age 78, of Bluff City, TN passed away Sunday, June 25, 2017 in Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A native of Carter County, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe Pate and Rassie Perry Fagan. She worked as a hostess at Ridgewood Barbeque. She was of the Baptist faith.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Carr. Those left to cherish her memory include a son, Brian Grindstaff, Elizabethton; a daughter, Tracie Grindstaff Waters, Bluff City; a sister, Brenda Fagan, Bluff City and a nephew, Eric Fagan and his wife Amanda, Bluff City. Several cousins also survive.Private disposition for Barbara “Bobbie” Carr will be held at a later date.
