Arizona J. Smith

Mrs. Arizona J. Smith, 84, of Johnson City died Wednesday, November 2, 2011 in the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital. A native of Pikeville, KY she was the daughter of the late Kenis and Florence Rowe Hunt. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and she was a member of Pinecrest Christian Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Pollack, two grandsons, a sister and three infant brothers and sisters. Survivors include her husband, Don Smith, of the home; two daughters, Brenda C. Hammond, of the home; Wavelen Goddard, Ypsilanti, MI; three sisters and five brothers. Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive. Mrs. Smith was loved by many and will be missed by all her friends and loved ones.
