Anne N. Hensley, age 90, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 in Elizabethton. She was born August 24, 1928, the daughter of the late Elbert Vance Nave and Anna Margaret Barnes Nave. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death a daughter, Shirley A. Wandell, her step-mother, Mary A. Nave, a daughter-in-law, Sandra Wandell and a brother, Robert T. Nave. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Woodward T. Hensley; two sons, Robert F. Wandell and James V. Wandell and wife Angela; two grandchildren, Michael V. Wandell and Sarah M. Rice and three great-grandchildren, Trevor Rice, Blakely Wandell and Maximus Wandell.A private graveside service to honor the life of Anne N. Hensley will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. Friday, November 16, 2018 in Mountain Home National Cemetery with Mr. Charles Hensley officiating. Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers may make donations to East Side Baptist Church, 1509 Siam Road, Elizabethton, TN 37643.
