Vicki Capps

Mrs. Vicki Capps, age 71, of Roan Mountain, TN passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 in the Select Specialty Hospital. She was a native of York, SC and was a homemaker. Mrs. Capps had worked as an administrative assistant for an attorney and had owned and operated Vicki’s Bread Basket.She was preceded in death by her parents. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Curtis Capps, of the home; two sons, Curtis Capps Jr. and wife Shirley, Elizabethton and Josh Capps and wife Amanda, of the home; a daughter, Kim Nguyen, Johnson City; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Stan Carpenter, Concord, NC and Steve Carpenter, Coco Beach, FL and a sister, Wanda McQueen, Santa Fe, NM.
