Jo Ann Brewer

Mrs. Jo Ann Brewer, age 83, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in Sycamore Shoals Hospital following a brief illness. A native of Fremont, VA she was the daughter of the late Carson and Bertha M. Deel Yates. Mrs. Brewer had worked in the packing department at Texas Instruments.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband LeRoy Brewer and a sister, Nella Lawson. Those left to cherish her memory include a son, Tony Lee Brewer, Elizabethton, TN; a daughter, Deborah Jo Walker and her husband Duard B. Walker Jr., Fort Myers, FL; three grandchildren, Travis Lee Brewer, Greeneville, TN; Duard B. Walker III (Trey) and Trevor Sky Walker, both of Fort Myers, FL and a great-grandson, Tyler Ray Brewer, Greeneville, TN.A graveside service to honor the life of Mrs. Jo Ann Brewer will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 17, 2017 in the Mountain Home National Cemetery, Mountain Home, TN. Those attending the graveside service are asked to meet the family at the cemetery at 9:45 A.M. on Monday.Read Obituary
