Frankie Lee Lyons Lovette

Mrs. Frankie Lee Lyons Lovette, age 67, of Elizabethton, TN passed away Monday, June 30, 2014 in Sycamore Shoals Hospital. A native of Carter County, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Pauline Arwood Lyons. She retired as a cafeteria manager with the Hoke County School System after ten years of service. Mrs. Lovette was a member of Lynn Valley Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of thirty-eight years, Robert “Bob” Lovette, of the home; two daughters, Angela Ritenour and friend Brian Whitaker and Savannah Lovette and friend Ronnie Carr, all of Elizabethton; a son, Brandon Scott Lovette, Elizabethton; two step-daughters, Sandra Lovette, Holden’s Beach, NC and Cindy Greenway, Hampton; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a sister, Charlotte Byers, Elizabethton and four brothers, Shelby Lyons and wife Linda, Johnson City, Ray Lyons and wife Janice, Sam Lyons and wife Sharon and Jerry Lyons and wife Barbara, all of Elizabethton. A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Frankie Lee Lyons Lovette will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 3, 2014 in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services with Dr. Ricky Rogers officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service in Lyons Cemetery, Powder Branch community. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends. Honorary pallbearer will be Dakota Whitaker. The family will receive friends at Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 2, 2014.
