Frances Rosalie Elliott Williams

Frances Rosalie Elliott Williams, age 87, of Rector, Pennsylvania, passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at her home. She was born January 23, 1931 in Bristol, TN and was a daughter of the late James Ray Elliott, Sr. and Blanche Blevins Elliott. Frances attended the Pioneer Presbyterian Church in Ligonier, PA.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Leon Williams who died in 1998 and by one brother and one sister. Those left to cherish her memory include three children, Judith Teresa (William) Lindberg, Rector, PA; Bryan Douglas (Donna) Williams, Pittsburgh, PA and Lawrence Joseph (Nancy) Williams of Norfolk, VA; three grandchildren; Erica and Rachael Williams and Billy Lindberg; a sister, Phyllis Edens, Elizabethton, TN and a brother, Glen (Barbara) Elliott, Asbury, WV.A service to honor the life of Frances Rosalie Elliott Williams will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Monday, July 23, 2018 in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev. Kinley Knight officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. on Monday prior to the service.Graveside service and interment will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be selected from family and friends.
